Business Analyst (Odoo Implementation Specialist)

As a Business Analyst specializing in Odoo Implementation, you will play a pivotal role in transforming our clients' business operations. Your expertise in analyzing and mapping business processes to Odoo's comprehensive suite of applications will enable our clients to optimize their workflows and achieve their strategic goals. Working closely with both our sales and technical teams, you will guide our clients through the entire lifecycle of Odoo implementation, from initial requirement gathering and system configuration to user acceptance testing and go-live support. Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in business analysis or a related field, with involvement in accounting, supply-chain, and HR systems.
• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field.
• Strong foundation in IT principles and a deep understanding of business processes.
• Experience with low-code and no-code platforms is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to excel in a client-facing role, working collaboratively with both clients and team members.
• A strong passion for software and technology, with a keen interest in ERP systems and their implementation.
• Eager to learn and grow within the field of Odoo implementations.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary liaison between clients and the technical team, ensuring clear communication of client requirements and business processes.
• Play a pivotal role in the sales process by managing and executing sales contracts, including SLA development.
• Conduct thorough analysis of client requirements, perform gap analyses, and develop Customization and Operation Procedures (COPs).
• Lead system configuration and data importing activities, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with client needs.
• Oversee the development of technical documentation and supervise system testing to guarantee the highest quality of implementation.
• Serve as a full-cycle ERP Business System Analyst for the MENA market, ensuring a superior implementation experience for clients using Odoo SaaS solutions.
• Manage client relationships throughout the implementation process, from initial requirement gathering to post-go-live support.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and End User Training, working closely with Odoo developers to meet clients' business requirements.
